Terms of Service

Pixvica lets you upload product photos and generate AI-enhanced studio images (such as ghost mannequin, virtual try-on, and background variations). Features, generation styles, and limits may change as we improve the Service.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace, including actions by team members you invite.

• New accounts receive a one-time allotment of free credits. Each image generation consumes credits.
• Paid subscription plans and one-time credit packs are billed in US dollars through our payment processor.
• Subscription credits and purchased packs may expire per the terms shown at purchase (e.g., unused credits roll over for a limited period).
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time; it remains active through the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the images you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Generate unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing imagery.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent credit limits.

AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use and for ensuring they meet your requirements and comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Pixvica and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixvica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
